Breath embraces life and death

Every breath in is like our first breath, at birth and every breath out is like our last breath, at death. We live both the in breath and the out breath in every moment. Life and death, life and death, life and death. Our bodies are wise in knowing that we are both and to surrender to this ebb and flow.
